Currency and total
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Review the selected option, quantity, applicable taxes, shipping and complete order total before submitting the order. Standard shipping has no charge or minimum purchase within our stated delivery area. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout. We do not add a hidden payment surcharge after you place the order.
Available payment methods
Use only the payment methods presented by our Shopify-hosted checkout for your particular order. Eligibility can depend on device, location, currency and the payment provider’s rules. A footer icon is informational and does not guarantee that a method is available for every order. Payment providers process payments; Amplissa remains responsible for the sale, fulfillment and our return commitments. We do not claim a particular payment account is active solely from theme icons.
Authorizations and declined payments
A provider may place a temporary authorization or hold before final processing. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge. Your bank controls how quickly a canceled or failed authorization disappears. If payment is declined, check the entered details and contact your provider; avoid repeated submissions that could create additional holds.
Duplicate or unfamiliar charges
Contact us with your order number, amount and date if you suspect a duplicate charge. Do not send a full card number. We will investigate our order/payment record and explain the result. Contact your provider promptly for suspected unauthorized account activity; this does not replace your rights to dispute a transaction.
Security and fraud checks
We may request reasonable order verification to help prevent fraud. We do not request full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or one-time verification codes by email. Do not pay by a personal bank transfer, off-site account or cryptocurrency at someone’s request on our behalf. Checkout security does not guarantee that no security event can ever occur.
Recurring charges
The products in this catalog are offered as one-time purchases. We do not enroll you in an undisclosed subscription or automatic renewal. Any future recurring offer must clearly show its terms before you agree.
Refunds
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. For an approved pre-dispatch cancellation, a prompt refund is issued without waiting for a return inspection. Read our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
