Privacy Policy

At a glance

This policy explains information used to operate Amplissa, fulfill orders and answer requests. Optional advertising or analytics technology is described conditionally unless its use has been verified. The location map connects to Google automatically.

Who this policy covers

Amplissa operates the storefront associated with amplissa.com, currently also accessible through 4ekud9-jf.myshopify.com. This policy covers our store, transactions and support interactions. Shopify and other providers may have their own notices for services they independently provide. Contact us using the details below about our processing or your privacy rights.

Information and its sources

We receive information you provide when browsing, ordering, contacting us or making a return: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, order details, support messages and relevant return records. Payment providers receive the payment information needed to process a transaction; we do not ask you to send full payment card details through support. Store systems may record device/browser information, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location and cookie/session identifiers. We may receive payment, fraud-prevention, shipping and order-status information from service providers.

Why information is used

We use relevant information to operate the site, process and confirm orders, prevent fraud, arrange delivery, respond to questions, handle cancellations/returns/refunds, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Where applicable and permitted, preference or measurement information may help us understand service use or provide marketing you have chosen. We do not use this notice itself as consent to optional processing.

Shopify and service providers

Shopify hosts this store and processes data to provide storefront, checkout and related commerce services. Information necessary for a transaction may also be shared with payment processors, delivery carriers, hosting/technical providers and professional advisers supporting our operations. Access is limited to relevant purposes. Shopify may process information under its own privacy notices when acting independently; see Shopify’s privacy information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies or similar identifiers support functions such as the cart, checkout, security and session continuity. Preference technologies may remember choices. Analytics technologies measure site use; advertising pixels may measure campaigns or support targeted advertising. We do not assume all categories are installed merely because Shopify supports them. Where consent or another choice is required, applicable platform controls and your choices should be respected. A closed banner does not, by itself, prove that no tracking occurs.

Google tools and advertising

If enabled for this store, Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing, Google Analytics, Enhanced Conversions or personalized advertising may process device/online identifiers, interaction data or permitted customer data for measurement and advertising purposes. Enhanced Conversions, when configured, can use hashed contact data; hashing does not make data automatically anonymous. These features have not been represented here as currently enabled without verification. Optional advertising requires the applicable notices and choices; this policy is not consent. Google offers controls at My Ad Center.

Google Maps

Our Contact page and homepage display a map automatically. Loading the map connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser/device information and process it under its own policies. The map does not wait for a click. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The correspondence location is not an invitation to visit a retail store.

Disclosures and business events

We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to protect rights or security, investigate suspected fraud, or in a lawful business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not publish your payment or support details as product reviews without permission. Service-provider access is not a blanket authorization to use information for unrelated purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for transactions, support, legal recordkeeping, dispute handling and the purposes described, then delete or deidentify it where appropriate. Periods differ by record type and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not email passwords, full card details or verification codes.

Children and international processing

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly. Shopify and other providers may process information outside your state or the United States, subject to applicable safeguards and their notices; protections can differ by jurisdiction.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your residence, applicable law and our activities, you may have rights to access/know, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. California CCPA/CPRA and other state laws may provide additional rights, such as limits on certain sensitive-information uses where applicable. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising rights. These rights can have legal exceptions and do not imply that every state law applies to every transaction.

Your Privacy Choices and Global Privacy Control

Use Your Privacy Choices or email support@amplissa.com with a clear privacy or opt-out request. Where Shopify provides a native data-sharing/opt-out control, use that control as well. We honor applicable recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required and supported in the relevant processing context. Browser/device choices may need to be made separately; they do not automatically unsubscribe you from email. Use an unsubscribe link in a marketing message, where offered, or contact us.

Requests, identity verification and authorized agents

Tell us which right you want to exercise and provide enough information to identify the relevant account or transaction. We verify identity only to the extent reasonably required and do not ask for a full card number or password. An authorized agent may submit a request with appropriate evidence of authority; where law permits or requires, we may verify you directly or ask for confirmation. We do not impose unnecessary verification on a request for which the applicable law does not require it.

Response times and appeals

We respond within the time required by the applicable law, including an applicable 45-day period for many verifiable state-law requests. We will notify you of any lawful extension and its reason. Opt-outs may have a different, shorter applicable deadline; we do not apply one universal deadline to every state or right. If we deny a request, we explain the reason to the extent permitted. You may appeal by emailing support@amplissa.com with “Privacy Appeal” and the original request details. We review the appeal and respond within the applicable period, including how to contact a regulator where required.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the store or applicable requirements. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact us below to ask questions or submit a privacy request.
