Contact us about missing or damaged deliveries; a tracking scan does not eliminate applicable rights.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Changes may be impossible after dispatch. Our Refund Policy explains 30-calendar-day requests, eligible conditions, prepaid return labels, no restocking fees and no exchanges. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. An approved unshipped cancellation is refunded promptly without a return-inspection prerequisite.
Responsible use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with site security, submit malicious material, misuse another person’s information or infringe rights. Store text, layouts and original brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names or trademarks remain with their owners. Access to the site does not grant permission to copy protected material for unrelated commercial use.

Applicable U.S. federal and state law determines the rights and remedies available; we do not invent an exclusive jurisdiction or require you to give up mandatory local consumer protections. You may use lawful complaint or dispute routes available to you.
Changes and general provisions
The version shown at the time of a transaction governs the relevant published terms unless a lawful agreed change applies. We may update future site terms, with notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only as permitted by law. Failure to enforce a term once does not waive all future enforcement.
